Eva Freytas Sanchez

I am a passionate SEND and Inclusion Consultant with over 15 years of experience working across education, local authorities, and health settings to improve outcomes for neurodivergent children, young people, and adults. My work combines professional expertise with lived experience as a neurodivergent professional and parent to neurodivergent young adults.

I specialise in:
• Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities – building understanding, inclusive practice, and pathways into adulthood.
• Training & Facilitation – I deliver engaging, practical training that equips staff with real strategies to support learners.
• I am an accredited Training/Facilitator for the Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, and for the National Autism Trainer Programme (NATP) – Adult Inpatient Settings.
• Parent & Family Support – I provide advocacy and practical guidance to families navigating the SEND system, ensuring their voices are heard and their children’s rights are upheld.
• SEND Strategy & Consultancy – from policy development and compliance to quality assurance, co-production and workforce development.

Through my Consultancy, I now focus on supporting schools, services, and families by offering:
✅ Specialist training for staff and leaders
✅ Parent workshops and advocacy support
✅ SEND consultancy and service improvement
✅ Co-production and Preparing for Adulthood planning

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and solution-focused — ensuring professionals feel confident, families feel supported, and young people are given the opportunities they deserve.
Always open to collaboration, speaking opportunities, and consultancy projects. Please feel free to connect or reach out if I can support you or your organisation.
